TailTag account deletion requests are handled by TailTag Support. You can contact us at finn@finnthepanther.com.

Delete In The App

If you can still sign in, delete your account directly in the app: Settings -> Profile & account -> Delete account.

Request Deletion On The Web

If you cannot access the app, submit a deletion request by email: TailTag Account Deletion Request.

Include the following details to help us verify account ownership:

• The email address on your TailTag account
• Your TailTag username or display name
• A short request confirming you want your account and associated data deleted

What Is Deleted

After we verify your identity, account deletion removes your TailTag account and associated gameplay/profile data, including:

• Authentication account and profile
• Owned fursuits and related fursuit photos
• Catches tied to your owned fursuits or catches created by your account
• Achievements, daily progress, and daily streak data
• Notifications linked to your account
• Uploaded profile avatars and catch photos stored under your account

What May Be Retained

Some records may be retained when needed for safety, legal compliance, audit history, support tracking, service integrity, or operational backups. In these cases, user references are minimized or de-identified where possible. For example, certain references in shared records can be set to null when your account is removed.

Request Timeline

We process account deletion requests within 30 days after we verify account ownership. Once complete, we send a confirmation to the requesting email address.
